Sold my 87 year mother a car with tinted windows. The salesman, Frank, told her he would have the tint removed because she said it made it difficult to see. They delivered the car to her stating they would have it removed. Mom calls 4 times, no reply from the salesman. I call and Frank says, “no, that was not what we agreed to.” BS Frank. Service Manager Tot Ingram took car of me and my car from when I first pulled garage thru when I pulled out. Explained thoroughly what had been done to my car and what needs to done in next visit. Waiting area was clean. Had fruit and cookies for those waiting. Television on a channel every one could watch. Previously had weather channel. Not exciting to watch while waiting. Basically polite service people. Clean intake area and same with waiting room. Excellent care of my car.
Good service and friendly staff every time I go.
