Dr. Rowley is a phenomenal surgeon. Her work is all over Lubbock, but you don't necessarily know because no one "looks like they had work done"- they just all of a sudden look so much better! She has been practicing for over 2 decades, she has the very best education and training, and really just is an incredible talent.
