Had an amazing experience. Shami Siddiqui is a gem of a sales person. He made my sales experience so pleasant. He explained about the Kia Sentro in such a detail that never had such experience before with any other dealership or a car sales person. He was out and beyond. Zachary Collings also did closing in a very smooth manner. He was very courteous. The best thing about him was that he was not pushy as you experience generally with other finance managers trying to sell extra warranties.

Bad customer service. My friend's car is in the dealership since last 2 months and they can only work on the car in December
