I could not rate them any lower so I gave them a 1-Star. I know nothing about the sales side but the Management at this location made my service call a living NIGHTMARE. It took 4 months to get my vehicle back after needing a transmission repair. Long story sort... management decided to send my vehicle out to a third party and when things went south, management wanted nothing to do with the repair and told me to call and deal with the third party after i paid a $1,200 invoice with Ford's name on it.
