Great team! Nick is very easy going, friendly not pushy. Both finance managers (David & Erick) will not make you feel pressured and will take their time to explain everything.
Horrible experience in the service department. Had my van towed in and they came back with a recommendation to replace the battery and would "recommend" a new starter. They quoted over $1,700 for this. There was a open recall on the sync system they said was performed but there was no change. I declined the work and had my vehicle towed to another garage and it was a completely different issue. Nothing wrong with the battery or starter. A waste of $250. I understand that schedules can sometimes change, but if you're unable to accommodate appointments, it's better not to schedule them in the first place. I was invited to your event with a 6:00 PM appointment. I waited for nearly 30 minutes and was then asked to check back at 7:00 PM. When I called at that time, no one answered initially, and I was later informed that you were too busy to accommodate me that day.
