Incredibly positive experience all around buying a used vehicle at Milton Ford Lincoln. Reece is absolutely awesome, and hooked me up with a great vehicle at a fantastic price. I won't be shopping anywhere else for my cars in the future. Thanks Reece and team for everything, we will definitely be back!
Please think before you buy your from them they can sell you any damaged vehicle with engine light on and then refuse to provide service.
The team at the Ford dealership made buying my Mustang Mach-E a fantastic experience, especially Arvin, Luke, Richard, and Susan! Arvin was really helpful; even after the purchase, he thoroughly explained all the features of the car before I left the dealership. Their teamwork and helpfulness made the entire process a breeze.
Very disappointed with my experience. Communication was extremely poor — they stopped answering my calls and never kept me informed about what was going on. I had to constantly follow up myself and still received little to no updates. Customer service should be much better, especially when making such an important purchase. I would not recommend this dealership.
Graham made the buying process very smooth from start to finish, very professional and walked me through all of the steps with great attention to detail. Luke and Erick were a pleasure to deal with as well. I wouldn't go to any other Ford dealer!
