I used them less then 4 years ago, yesterday my gate fell from rotting. I was suppose to have treated wood. I have been calling them for over a year trying to get them to answer my calls leaving message after message and no returns. By fluke when the gate fell yesterday, The son answered and sent someone to pickup the gate and secure it. Need repair done on my fence that he installed several years ago. He came out 2 months ago and looked at it; promised he would get it done in the next couple of days (Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest. He said if he were not available that he would send his son out. I have no less than 6 calls leaving messages with no response; I even told him that if he was not interested to let me know so I can look for someone else.
