Ease of access, good service. Dr. lei is excellent. Surgery co-ordinator Inti is very supportive and amazing person. She helped throughout the process at every step of the way. The only bad experience is waiting time. Every-time there is hours of waiting after the appointment. Better management needed for appointment. Initial appointment was 5 hour long. 12pm to 5pm by the time we could leave. Vitrectomy and Cataract surgery went very well and post recovery care was also excellent! I honestly don't have the words to express how grateful I am to Dr. Chan for his amazing surgical skills, warmth and a sprinkle of humor. His staff are also really wonderful. From the bottom of my heart Thank You for restoring my vision and allowing me to live independently. Highly recommend.
Had a fantastic experience and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience and care.
" Doctors are angels in disguise, sent to heal us with their hands and hearts" Was referred by a reference from the Oakville emergency after a serious eye blunt force injury. Office reception and staff are great. Perfect co-ordination for appointments surgery and the entire process. Saw Dr. Shaobo Lei and confirmed surgery in a week as the eye had to reduce swelling and Trauma. Cataracts in both eyes expertly surgically removed by Dr. Chan. An excellent Doctor with superior skills. Also an excellent communicator.
