Stopped in on a weeknight around dusk while road tripping through from out west and honestly wasn't expecting much from a park called a clock tower, but it was a nice little surprise. The tower itself lights up and gives a great view over the water, especially with hardly anyone else around at that hour. Parking right along the street was easy to find, and there's a bench area that made for a perfect quiet spot to stretch our legs after driving all day.
