Rampant spammers. Milton Clinic is part of the Healthscope Group, the CEO is Robert J Cooke. Both my husband and I received texts from Milton Clinic about some vaccine and neither of us have been anywhere near the place. No facility to unsubscribe. I called them and asked Lyn to remove my phone number from their list she said they have no record of my name on their database so cannot remove my number. They told my sister to come back 'bleeding like a stuffed pig' to get a form of contraception. Absolutely disgusting behavior and they also asked very inappropriate questions and wasted her time by booking her at the wrong time.
I was told on the phone that my child would be bulk billed then I was charged $80. Very poor service
The best practice I have been to besides RBH. they will only bulk bill if ur not working, or have low income. Which is understandable.
