Response to owner: If you could not accommodate a longer clean (3 hours) you should have communicated that. Your texts said you can provide cleaners for 3 hours. No one said 6 hours. Again this shows your lack of communication skills. For future customers: Make sure you confirm multiple times with the owner/operator on the job details.

We recently had Milton Cleaning Services in to clean our home, and loved the results! They arrived on time, were professional and positive and did a great job cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen and floors. We will definitely be utilizing their services again in the near future. The company has exchanged ownership in the last year, and the new owner was professional, courteous, and returned my inquiries promptly!
