In the post COVID world we've all seen the degradation of customer support. Not the case here. I'm just a tiny customer with some old 3208 motors in my boat. I was treated like a top consumer in Maine. Mr. Lyon at the parts counter promptly set me up with my own online account and made sure I knew how to use it.
