Waste of time went there to purchase 3 machines waited over half hour for the only sales rep and he was still on the phone not even a hi I'll be with you guys in a sec just slouch in his chair like we weren't even there even though we waited over half hour you would think just one person could help in that time frame with a parking lot full of over 50 cars don't go save your diesel fuel

I went to Milton Cat to return a core and pick up parts. As always I was treated exceptionally. My parts were delivered to my vehicle and Jake was more than helpful. Always a pleasure to pick up parts in Londonderry. Ginny

If you need it NOW, Milton is there for you! I’ve never had any issues getting the part or service I needed to get my equipment, as we said in the hanger, fully mission capable! There’s a reason you buy CAT!

I needed site work on my shit steerer that is used for home use. I called Milton Cat not knowing what to expect. The Service Coordinator was able to locate past repairs from a different dealer in another state based on the unit's serial number. She provided me with a date for a Technician to come out and make the repairs. The Technician was well educated and was able to fix my machine in a couple of hours and even stuck around while operating it for another half an hour to make sure everything was running properly.
