Strike 3 and you’re out. By far the worst customer service ever. My 3rd time dealing with Milton Cat. Both purchases were a nightmare horrible communication always felt I got shafted. If you’re a small guy you will be last on the list. Have dealt with many other companies for large equipment and never had issues like I have had with Milton. Only reason I went back was because of the comfort of the cat cabs. But this is absolutely will be my last purchase with these guys. I contacted Clifton Park Milton Cat, Adam the service manager put me on the schedule for the following morning and had his technician diagnose and make the necessary repairs the same day. Milton cat and their staff are top shelf. P
