Went into Milton Cat in Clifton Park NY on 6/9/25 seeking info on a used skid steer I purchased privately. The receptionist Dannielle couldn’t have been more helpful. She called Jay Fish over, who answered all my operating questions, provided me with a detail service history of my machine along with the date and location the machine was built and serviced. Strike 3 and you’re out. By far the worst customer service ever. My 3rd time dealing with Milton Cat. Both purchases were a nightmare horrible communication always felt I got shafted. If you’re a small guy you will be last on the list. Have dealt with many other companies for large equipment and never had issues like I have had with Milton. Only reason I went back was because of the comfort of the cat cabs. But this is absolutely will be my last purchase with these guys.
