Adina Swett came out to onyx Corporation site in to check out our equipment and was very professional about her job at check up on all our equipment there in Grafton mass
Buying a machine with them was great, machine itself is amazing! But when it comes to service - it is totally opposite. They charge $250 an hour for field service but you have to wait for weeks and technician came, not even step out of the vehicle said you need to bring it to the shop. But over the phone we explained in details what happened. So I was charged $800 for nothing and time wasted After we brought it to the shop they said that repair will take 3 months because they waiting for part and cost of repair is a sky high... read more
Overall experience was fine, but their warranty works only on words but in reality you have to pay double. I replaced all 6 injectors for my CAT 3126 in November 2024. Now in April the injectors started acting weird, truck doesn’t start from first try and there is a noise. The injectors are under Warranty for about 1 year, i brought the injectors to Milton Cat Milford MA location and was told that this process would take at Least 2 months to be just checked and than they will se if i qualify for warranty.
