Great customer service and lots of equipment. Big boy's dreamland lol
Tried to order parts for a marine Caterpillar generator that is in New York. They said they will not sell me parts for it, as the place of origin of the generator is Costa Rica. I tried to explain to them that boats move, and the boat is no longer there; hence my reason for shopping at their location. This fell on deaf ears, and I was eventually hung up on. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service.
CAT parts department is second to none. Old machine parts are as easy to get as newer machines. For example, I tried to replace multiple hoses on my DEERE 2002 160 excavator, looked up the part numbers from part diagram and called Deere. They said they couldn't make the hoses from part numbers and I would have to take them off and bring to them. I took them off and had Wareham Cat make them.
