Our family consulted with Miltenberger Law regarding a relative who passed without a will. Carl's son educated and advised us on how to proceed to open the estate and begin settling matters. He was very professional, answered all our questions and took his time with us. There was a small nominal fee for the appointment (maybe $80) with no time constraints. Their office was quick to make an appointment for us and made sure all questions we had were answered. Will definitely use their services in the future.
Maybe, I could think better, if someone at this office was reachable! I can not reach a soul, at this office; not even a secretary, or his child! Isn't it kind of important, to be able to phone your lawyer. I even left the phone ring, for over 30 minutes, with no result. Why wouldn't even am answering machine come on? You would think, that they would want to at least know, that someone called? And , perhaps, return a call! We run a professional office and keep regular business hours. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:30-4:30 and Friday 8:30-4. We have 3 full-time administrative assistants and a business manager that answer the phones daily. We also have a answering service through Atlantic Broadband. We do not have a Facebook page or a website.
