우연히 만난 좋은 카페였습니다. 커피향이 좋았어요.
Very peak Seattle pretentious single origin coffee shop. They don't carry or make decaf espresso. Asked the barista why and she made sure owner was not nearby and made excuses about not having the space for a third grinder. Suspect that flannel shirt owner dude would go apoplectic about how decaf processes compromise the pure flavor profile of the bespoke single origin roasts curated by this fine shop.
High end coffee in a delightful and approachable experience. I appreciate their staff so much, they’re all so kind and it’s such a pleasure seeing all of them. My only criticism is , I wish it was closer so I could go more! But they are well worth the extra walk :) xoxo
