Thanks Courtney, Nick, Jorge, Pedro and the rest of the crew. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time I needed restoration services but thankfully Milro is still in business. Milro did an excellent job. From showing up quick and on time every day to rip out and repair. Courtney explained everything upfront, spoke with the insurance company (State Farm) and moved things along quickly. This company showed up, four days after a flood event in the house. They failed to remove all of the wet materials. What they did remove, they left piled up in bags, in my driveway, for over two weeks. They took advantage of an elderly man living in the house - who was not the homeowner or the insurance policy holder - to sign to have the rebuild work done.
