I highly recommend Milro Services! They were Excellent! I had a flood in my kitchen. Courtney explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She even helped me pick out colors and floor designs. My insurance company Nationwide kept throwing obstacles at us and it wasn’t easy but Courtney handled everything professionally and really helped me out alot. I truly appreciate that. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Milro Services. Courtney was wonderful; she explained the process upfront clearly and was available for all questions. Nick and his crew did an excellent job of the cleanup after carefully packing up and protecting the furniture. The workers arrived on time everyday and did an excellent job. we had just bought our house and, in typical fashion, we had a puff back. boiler left soot in every room in our house. disaster. USAA connected us with Milro and it was an incredible experience. Courtney was incredible in coordinating everything. Nick was excellent on site as well as Gus who painted. my Wife and i owe everything to them. thank you guys for your hard work and making everything perfect for us and our 3 year old to move into our first house.

During the cold spell New York City in Feb/March 2025. A pipe bursted in my basement leaving us with ankle deep water by the time the water was shut off. During the 3am clean up. A light went off in my head. I wonder if I should call my insurance company (USAA) *Side note* The reason why it was a wonder, was because our previous insurance company (which will remane nameless, but Limu's are popular with them).
