Most recently my oil tank was found to be in need of replacement. This was, needless to say, a very stressful situation. The Project Manager, (John H.), who came to my home to assess the situation and give me my options was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. His expertise and his ability to explain everything in a very understandable manner put my mind at ease. Thank you John H.
Service was excellent. Installed a new oil tank with no issues however when offered a 0% payment for 18 months with no other feed , suddenly a $30 fee was slapped on to me that was not disclosed.
I would like to commend Milgro Group specifically Wilson & his assistant for an excellent job on removing the old and replacing a new oil tank. Their service was professional and performed the process cleanly and on a very reasonable timeframe. I was very impressed overall with the service and product of Milgro Group.
