I had a very frustrating experience with Town Center Dental Care regarding billing and communication. I was told I could pay using a specific method, but their system was down, so I was asked to use another payment method, with the assurance that they would refund it and reprocess the payment with the first method I had chosen. That refund never happened. No one from the office reached out to follow up. I had to call them myself.
