I had a very frustrating experience with Town Center Dental Care regarding billing and communication. I was told I could pay using a specific method, but their system was down, so I was asked to use another payment method, with the assurance that they would refund it and reprocess the payment with the first method I had chosen. That refund never happened. No one from the office reached out to follow up. I had to call them myself. I love coming here! I am a long time happy patient going on 20 plus years. I might be loosing teeth in my old age but Dr Simon, Lily and the staff always make it less painful

Beware of misinformation with appointment setting for this office. Last week I called to schedule an appointment for my dad who has an HMO insurance and was educated that these types of appointments are only scheduled for Fridays. I went ahead and scheduled for Friday November 7 at 12pm. Today I called to confirm and they stated that "there is no assigned doctor for November yet and we don't know when their schedule is." You are in good hands with Dr Simon. He will make you feel relax and comfortable, no pain. His assistant Lily is also very friendly. What a great team you two have. I hkghly recommend Dr Simon for all your dental needs.
