I got orthodontic service here which involves a company that only sends replacement retainers if the dentist orders it. I moved away to los Angeles and I'm calling them asking to order a replacement retainer and they refuse citing that I need to come back for service before they order me a new retainer. So I've paid thousands of dollars to have a retainer last less than 3 years and no ability to replace it. I would call this extortion or a scam. Dr. Cesar Simon is one of the worst dentist's here in the Bay Area because his service at Town Center Dental is very horrible because he would always raise the prices of dental cleaning and where many of his patients would pay extra money without informing his patients on how much they need to pay even though they have insurance because all he cares about is his money, himself, and not his patients. Staff are nice there. Feel calm after seeing dentist.
The insurance acceptance process was terrible. They made a mistake and made us to pay out of pocket. Before the treatment, they said it would be covered by insurance, but after the treatment, they said it will not be covered. I wouldn’t recommend them.
