Working with Mark to purchase our first home was an incredibly smooth and easy process- despite being smack dab in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic onset! (We closed in April 2020). Mark is knowledgeable on all things real estate, construction, and home-owning and we feel like his guidance helped us find the perfect first home for our small family. Mr. Milos is an exceptional Realtor. The only thing that surpasses his knowledge of the areas he covers is his amazing personality. He is very patient, a clear communicator and will go above and beyond to make ready your home for a sale. He is very pragmatic as well. I had a very limited time window surrounding the circumstances involving the purchase of my house. I had one week to put it all together and I had alot of doubt I'd be able to get everything done in that time frame. Mark made it happen.
