I had a very limited time window surrounding the circumstances involving the purchase of my house. As a buyer, we never really knew what we wanted. Mark was able to identify our exact needs. Mark is highly knowledgeable and understands the real estate market. Mark also sold our home in a sluggish marketplace. There were a couple of repairs that were needed and Mark addressed these repair issues expeditiously.
