Demenna is an amazing therapist! Started going to her during the pandemic at a tough time and still going strong!! As a black woman, the value of having a therapist that can relate to my cultural experiences is priceless. Her therapy style has helped me to practice more mindfulness which has made me become a better person and communicator.
I was having a tough time last year and decided to try therapy. Dem has been amazing in guiding me through how I feel and helping me process and look at things at a deeper level. As a woman of color from a immigrant family background, I feel safe and understood in my sessions.
