It seems Milo has almost universally positive reviews, so perhaps this was an isolated incident, but at one point in our session the pain was too much for me, so I asked him to stop and he didn't. Even after I loudly repeated "stop!" He held me in a painful position that I could not move from for a few more seconds, which to me, was unacceptable. Milo was so amazing with his technique in Thai massage. It was great for muscle recovery. I enjoy the deep pressure that he uses with his hands and feet. Milo made sure pressure was okay and i was comfortable knowing that not everyone is used to deep pressure. Milo has a such a good energy and finding problem areas for parts of my body not enough range of motion. I highly recommend having a massage by Milo.
I had body work done yesterday. Milo is a pro and immediately uncovered the areas deep within my hip and lower back that needed the most urgent work. If you've ever had quality deep tissue work, you can imagine I'm sore today in a good way but nothing stretching and mild movement won't quickly resolve. I've already got better mobility. I will definitely seek his services again. Truly amazing and rejuvenating!
When I went to my first appointment with Milo, I thought I was just going to get a massage with an Asian flair. But oh, how wrong I was! Milo absolutely blew my mind during that one-hour session.
