This place is awesome!! The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, and peaceful, and our waiter was so nice it was almost overbearing (in a good way). The cornbread appetizer was delicious, especially when paired with the jalapeño cream cheese. The crispy Cobb salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever had, particularly the ranch dressing and chicken schnitzel bits. The sliders were good, but not my personal favorite. I definitely plan on coming back; it’s now one of my favorite restaurants in Waco.
Don't let the "all day" menu fool you! It's all day, some of the time...some of the day other times. 3 biscuit plate had enough gravy for a 1-year old...problem is, biscuits were so dry that they needed a gallon of gravy. Hashbrowns were hard enough to play disc golf with. My wife had the breakfast tacos (tacettes). Never knew tortillas came that small. Three tacos=6 bites. She said they were decent...while they lasted. $100 lesson learned.
First time & loved it! We miss the ATX food scene but this 100% made up for it! Carla was the best & so helpful!!! Will be back again
Love stopping at Milo's to grab a bite on our drives from Austin to Dallas! The fried chicken sandwich and margs are amazing. And our waiter Carla treated us (and our elderly pug) like royalty. Sad we don't live closer!!
