I am a early BTC investor who was able to retire after putting 100% into BTC. In 2016 BTC doubled and I decided to buy a house with it. We all know now what a huge mistake that was. Being only for 7 months in the US, I struggled to find lenders who would do conventional primary residence loans for foreign nationals in Texas. Milo was able to find an option for me at a really competitive rate for this market (less than 7%). I also had a really tight closing date, but they managed to complete things on time.
