Shout out to Milnes Chevy in Imlay city. For the past two weeks has been a nightmare. I got hit by a distracted driver in my 2023 Travers. I just bought in February. My car was totaled I was so upset. And a little confused about the next step. The team at Milnes helped me, and calmed all my worries. This place lacks communication, I needed something installed on my vehicle they said they would call me within 2 days I gave them a week so I called them to see if the part was in had 2 guys verify that it indeed was in so I scheduled a day to get it installed drove 45 mins to this place twice and the day it’s supposed to get installed they say they actually didn’t have the part in stock and it would be weeks. Horrible customer service and a waste of my time.
