Submitted insurance claim and billed for copay for services not performed. Called office four times and yes for it to be removed. on the phone they seem to agree that the services were not completed and I asked them to remove the charge. They said they would have someone call me but never happened and two days later got another bill in mail. So tired of trying to talk with someone in the claims department.
