Got a new copier and when the 1st toner was out they have been unable to find a replacement toner. 2 weeks have gone by and no one knows where it is or if I can get one. My buissness has been completely crippled with no way to copy, fax or print. They wont even talk or answer emails about what the hold up is. Consider Systel or Copy Pro for superior customer service.
