I have been a patient of Dr Milner‘s for many years. My last appointment I went in and the step stated that I had a $62 balance. I ask what the balance was for and the office manager came out of her office and from behind the desk across the waiting room in a very loud and aggressive manner, she stated that it was for a filling and that she’s been billing me for two years I told her this was not the case And she kept going on.
