SCAM. My hair looks nothing like how it’s suppose to look. I paid $300 for the “permanent” hair straightening service plus tip but I didn’t get the service I paid for. She refused to fix my hair and she stole $300 from me. She also blocked me on IG when I asked for a refund. My hair was straight and it looked like the keratin worked when I first went to her studio but when I washed my hair the next day, it was not straight at all. Had my treatment done yesterday . Washed my hair today at home and I’m in show just dry my hair with warm hair from my Dyson and this is the results ! Incredible. Truly recommend!
Mila is amazing! I was so anxious about the outcome before I got there but was so happy to see the result! Her work is amazing and she takes great care of your hair. She uses clean, organic products with no harsh chemicals like formaldehyde. 10/10 recommend!
