Our kitchen was delivered and began installation about a year ago. Millwork originally cut corners which damaged our cabinets AND delivered already damaged cabinets that have yet to be fixed despite months- to now a year of waiting. The installation holes haven’t even been patched let alone the chipped and damaged door fronts. They tried patching themselves although was not going well so they sent a cabinet repair guy who has been to the house 4 times, each time with a reason or excuse why he couldn’t fix them. Fantastic job by Millwork 2000! Phil was awesome, created a great design and his customer service is second to none, Thank you Phil. We struggled to find someone to design and draw our kitchen plans, especially the design. Phil fixed the design in one visit and then expedited the actual drawing. We just had our kitchen remodeled and ordered our cabinetry from Millworks 2000. The cabinets were beautiful and arrived earlier than expected - but best of all was working with Millworks associate, Phil. Phil assisted us greatly and expertly every step of the way - from the designing of the new kitchen, to the selection of the product to the ordering of the cabinets. Dan and his wife are great. I’ve been working with them for a couple years now with projects on my new build house. I ordered prebuilt cabinets directly from his company during peak Covid. Sure there were delays but they were out of his control and that’s expected. The quality of the cabinets are superb. He made some modifications after they were installed and I absolutely love them. I just worked with him again recently and he did not disappoint.
