EVERYTHING MENTIONED IN THE PREVIOUS POOR REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!! Amenities are not accessible at all (at least a year before the pandemic happened). The ventilation is hideous, the windows in one of my rooms doesn’t open. The cabinets and countertops are so old the wood is chipping behind it. The so called pest control is done whenever they feel like it, and they only spray at the door and in the kitchen barely. The leasing agent is the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Overall horrible experience, moved in April 2018 my apartment was infested with roaches.. reported the problem to management several times nothing was ever done. I had to take matters into my own hands and spend money that I shouldn't have had to. Even after bombing three times still was infested. I had to finally buy a caulking gun and seal up all the cracks and then rebomb then finally the small roaches were gone. Shortly after cock roaches were coming in through the vents. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!!! I absolutely love my apartment home here. I've never had any type of problem the new Leasing Staff is the best I absolutely adore Mrs. Sylvia Webb she is the best she is getting the job done!!!!!!As well as Erin Sims both ladies are Tremendous!! I made a very good Choice moving here!!!!!
