I live here for 1 year I asked them to fix a drip in the tube and they never came they did call once saying the would need to reschedule but still never came on the second time I gave up asking since I was planning to move. Don't let them ool you on auto pay when you move out they will hold and remain over payment for 20 days and if you try to cancel the payment with the 3rd party company they will not cancel the payment because of the CONTRACT they have with them.
