This pretty trash place to pick up a load, it is by appointment, you have to wait 4 hours to get loaded , shame on management,
If you’re a company thinking of doing business here, think twice. The front desk experience was a disaster, especially with the short guy who seems more interested in acting like a tough guy than doing his job. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. To make things worse, the yard switcher on duty was clearly not in the right state to be operating heavy equipment — sloppy, aggressive, and smelled like alcohol. Aside from the young lady at the front desk, this place is horrible! I have been a warehouse manager and I made sure drivers that came to my location did not have to waste their time waiting for a door. Then when they got to the door, they never had to wait. Plan on spending all day here. This place sucks!!
3 hours past appointment time. DO not come here early. sat here 5 hours
