They take wonderful care of my 3 dogs.
Our beloved fur-child has been with Milwood Animal Clinic for just under 10 years. Sadly she crossed the Rainbow Bridge just under two weeks ago. The clinic is the most friendly and caring place that anyone could ask for. Our dog went through some serious health issues in the past five years. The old lady front desk is really rude! She always have an attitude we didn’t care before because we like the doctors there. But a few days ago I went there to get my puppy updated on his shots and lady in the front desk lied to my face and said, it was required from the Government to get his physical check up. She said “Its the law”. When my husband asked for the RCW she changed her story and said It was their policy. Wont be going there again!
**This is a long read**When Dr. Freeman was running things Millwood was great. Since Freeman is semi retired things are terrible there and none of the employees know what is going on or care. In July of this year we had to have our cat put down. When my wife called they wanted her to wait a day since they were to "busy" when he was dying and she had to beg them to see him to be end his suffering. I absolutely love the whole staff. They are so good with our fur babies and really good with us human parents. Dr. Chris Schneider, Dr. John Freeman and Dr. Weise are absolutely the best. We have been going to them for over 20 years and will continue patronizing them. Thank you all for all you do. Love you all!
Today is the one year anniversary of the loss of our beautiful Boxer, Ivy. The doctors and staff were so efficient in her care. She had to be euthanized because of cancer. Now we have a bulldog who gets her care at Millwood Animal Clinic...and we live 2 hours away in North Idaho. They are the absolute best.
Very comprehensive, passionate and cost effective. Only Vet Clinic in town i trust. I have a cat and a dog and they are just so amazing and kind.
