Let me start off by saying my doctor, Dr Grzegorczyk is great, very sweet, thorough and genuinely cares. But the support staff at this clinic is absolutely awful. The thought of dealing with the receptionist makes me not want to even call or book an appointment to go there. Calling is useless because they never pick up and if you leave a voicemail, they never call back. Once you actually get on the phone with the receptionist, she’s extremely rude. If I could give less than 1 star for the receptionist named Natalie working at this establishment I would. She is rude and doesn't allow patients to be heard when in need. I'm sure the doctors at this establishment are good, however when the person that is front facing is this type of individual it makes it very difficult to want to give any kind of good review for the experience my mother and I encountered.
The front desk at this clinic is a serious problem. While the doctors seem competent, the person at reception is consistently rude, dismissive, and shows zero compassion — something that is completely inappropriate in a medical setting. I have personally witnessed her speak unkindly not only to me, but to other patients as well. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, and they made a real effort to help with appointments and follow-ups. Communication felt thoughtful and reassuring throughout. The physicians take their time, listen carefully, and approach care & clarity in a way that feels both knowledgeable and considerate.
