Rude and unprofessional receptionists. Can't get an appointment. Doctor Jan is good and helpful. Stay away if you can. If they can't treat people with respect, maybe they should look for other job(receptionists). One star because can't give zero.
I went Thursday with my mother to see her doctor the receptionist was so root and very unpolid that my mom 78 years old was shaking I can't believe that person work from desk be unpolit for older people who need medicaltritme
The receptionist should be fired immediately; she doesn't respect patients, is constantly resentful toward the world, and just seeing her when you walk in makes you feel sick. The doctor is okay, although he could be a bit less by-the-book.
Front Desk does not pick up calls and is impossible to book or reschedule appointments. I called 40 times no one picks up the phone! They also hang up on me without saying nothing!!!!
Horrible desk staff. Would not recommend this place. They hung up the phone on me for asking questions (politely) Truly can care less about your health. Doctors are great but desk staff are rude, they do not care about your health. Very sad to leave this review. Will never go back here. I have never experienced rude people like this in the health care system in my life. DO NOT COME HERE!
