Our landlord contracted Millwall roofing to do his roof. They were great, the process was loud of course but they were super quick! The guys doing the roofing were very respectful. They blocked off my garden so that any falling materials wouldn't land in it, they were very aware of any tenants coming in and out for safety. The owner Darrel was very nice and quick to clean things up himself once the roof was finished.
Our four unit strata had an excellent experience with Darrell from start to finish. Darrell was highly responsive to emails, which was a welcome relief. He kept us informed leading up to the start date and every step of the way. When we noticed a minor issue after completion, he was quick to come by to take a look and schedule a fix. The crew led by Sam completed the job at a good pace that was not rushed, and paid great attention to detail.
