Do not waste your money on this place. Though the owner is "trying" to clean it up, she is not doing a good job. The place is roach infested, and I do mean infested, even though Nina has a exterminator come once a month. Also the hot water heater goes out in "H" building at least 2 to 3 times a month and takes all day to fix because Nina is too cheap to get a plumber to fix it and has her son do it. The place is filthy and run down.
