Great shop! Very honest and straightforward!!! I will most definitely recommend them.
I love this place! I sent an email regarding hours and types of service, and owner, Neil (?) sent back a prompt reply which was important as I was coming from out of state. The wait time that Neil promised was on the money. His waiting area was clean and offered magazines of interest to women. He entertained me with conversation that was sincere and promised service"reminders" for next year that would not be intrusive or shared. Neil and Eric always take great care of my family's automobiles. We have cars, vans and trucks. Most recently I had an urgent issue with tires and ball bearings. Neil got me right in and Eric worked his magic to get things done! And I love that they give a list of items that may be of concern, but will tell you the parts that need to be done right now.... no up-sell with unnecessary repairs if you know what I mean.
