Day 1 - move in day. Apartment not ready...maintenance people still working on HVAC unit. Maintenance man assures me they let no unauthorized people in the apartment with my belongings. Day 2 - Subcontracted HVAC repairman working in my apartment alone without supervision. That's how it all started...my refrigerator ices over and leaks all over my food and onto the floor when the door is opened.
