If I can give 0 starts for customer service I would ! The lady who answers the phone to make appointments is extremely rude ! She needed to verify my address which I gave the mailing address I typically use she told me that’s incorrect. I rarely give out my physically address, but I guess since my son was originally seen in clinic at his school that’s how they got the physically address. Very good place to get dental treatment. Very nice staff. I came in with very bad tooth pain and they pulled it right away. Was in and out within a hr. I have very bad anxiety with the dentist but they were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going there as my regular dentist.
I have had the best experience here, all of the ladies who work here are beyond kind and so so helpful. I have had a lot of fear of judgement and pain about the dentist my whole life. as well as some bad experiences at other places. this place is very special. they have a wonderful team of kind people who will help you and not make you feel uncomfortable or guilty for any circumstances you have endured. if you have any dentist fear I recommend this place and their team so so much.
