Can't ever just call this office. You always get an answering machine that tells you it may be up to 3 days before somebody calls you back and then THEY NEVER DO! And to add insult to injury, the message actually says not to repeat your call as this will delay service. Oh, just in case this matters to you, there's never an actual Doctor there, just nurses.
I’ve had consistently positive experiences at this office. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I always feel listened to and respected, and appointments are handled thoughtfully and efficiently. I’m very grateful to have found this practice and would absolutely recommend them.
Poor communication with results of tests. It's been almost a month and no one has called with my MRI results. I have left messages, nothing!
The Professionals working to keep us healthy are Fantastic! I travel 80 miles just to see them, a GREAT crew one and all
