Jonathan replaced a leaking valve to our water meter with a high level of skill, organization for the process and with clear step-by-step explanation of his findings and proposed remediation. Additional parts were needed due to the age of the plumbing matrix. Jonathan has the network and resources to expediently obtain what was needed and complete a very satisfactory replacement of the valve. Milltown plumbing worked their butts off today to get our heat back up, and running,the three men were so kind,compassionate,and got us heat ,and hot water so fast ,everyone at Partridge Berry Hills building 7 is beyond grateful,thanks for all your hard work.
Tech came out quickly and while it was a bigger repair than I expected, I felt complete confidence in what he was telling me. The new ceiling fan was acquired and installed in just a couple of hours from start to finish. Really happy with the service, as usual, which is why I continue to rely on Milltown for any service work they provide.
