The team at Milltown Dental is very professional and have been taking care of our whole family for more than a decade. They are up to date with technology and best practices. Highly recommended by me.
As a current patient, I've had a very negative experience with the clinic's front desk team and their billing practices. As other patients have also complained, the clinic lacks transparency and professional standards and protocols in their billing practices. Their version of events change with every interaction. The billing and front desk team require a complete overhaul by the leadership team. I've decided to find another clinic given their poor management standards and practices.
All the staff at Milltown are so wonderful. Always pleasant to work with and so accommodating. Dr. Liz and Dr. Julie explain procedures and genuinely care for their patients. 100% recommend this incredible office.
