I have been a client for a long time and I am very disappointed with their communication. I have asked them to follow up on a matter last year!!! and they never got back to me after several months. I even followed up two times and talked to the new manager but she never did anything either. They pester me with their calls and messages though when they want me to book a new appt. Not professional and no care for the client’s concerns from the dentist.
I've been on my Invisalign journey for 3.5 years, and while that may seem like a long time, I can confidently say it was worth every moment. Affordable rates and good job and friendly atmosphere
Edyta and Nadia were amazing - apparently they have been let go. The 1 time i met Dr. Julie she was not welcoming. They overcharge. My husband is in the union so we have great insurance yet I always needed to pay out of pocket for things that "weren't covered". I told my hygienist many times to stick within our coverage. My husband went to a different dentist office and never paid out of pocket. Dr. Julie is the most passionate dentist I have met . She is dedicated to providing the best service and her results went beyond our expectations . My daughter hasn't stopped smiling and had the best experience with Dr. Julie and the Invisalign process.
