I went to milltownsports (dot)com and placed an order online. I ordered that hard to find saddle and a bike rack for my truck. I got exactly what I ordered in a very timely manner. In fact, I received it faster than I thought I would being a heavier shipped package! I do recommend using them!
Travis has some of the best customer service around. No shop is perfect, nor can it be all the time. But the personal attention to detail and the follow up is second to none. Incredible shop!!!!!! I have had nothing but incredible attention to detail and honesty from this place! Highly recommended!!!!!

Fantastic service. I received my cycling jacket at a great price. The fit was not right though. I take a small in almost everything and even measured myself to make sure. The communication was very good and they had the correct size out in no time. Definitely recommend Milltown!
Online service review...I purchased a few Revelate storage bags for an upcoming overnighter bike packing trip. The prices were better than large outdoor stores and shipping was extremely quick. An issue arose and Travis was very courteous and immediately had a replacement item on its way. Excellent recovery as customer service is key for gaining my business. Thanks!
