Great service. I got helped pretty much right away. Todd was very knowledgeable & explained things to me. Prices seem to be reasonable. Definitely will be supporting Milltown in the future, plus I love the fact that they’re local! Thanks for hooking me up with a helmet, taillight, water bottle, tire gauge, bike shorts, maps, apps and a quick look over my bike to make sure it’s in good shape!!! Ready to ride!!!

Excellent experience with Milltown, seemingly a rather lesser-known bike shop. They were the absolute cheapest price on a SRAM Eagle X01 12s cassette. Great product, excellent shipping time and service. They provided great detail in the transaction with a tracking number. Upon arrival, the cassette came packaged perfectly and even included a hand-written note! Will definitely purchase from here again. Thanks so much guys!
Love the people! I received a damaged product due to rough handling after shipping. I let them know on a Saturday, before the day was over I received an email response from Travis (the same guy who hand wrote a thank you card and remembered when I called about random product questions) letting me know they would sending another one immediately at no charge. A short while ago, I ordered a Terrene McFly 27.5x2.8 Tough casing from you guys. I was informed a day later that the tire was out of stock but would be in soon. I was disappointed because it may have interfered with a bike trip I had planned. Your customer service replied back and said they would do their absolute best to get it to me on time.
