Horrible property management services. Horrible ownership. No customer service. Disgusting living conditions with trash all over the buildings and nasty bug breeding ponds that aren’t up-kept. People who love here don’t care about the common areas and breeze ways and the management team doesn’t care either! High rent, not worth it!
RecommendedMoved here from Texas. Absolutely love it here. Staff is helpful and hardworking and my apartment is really nice for the prices here. One of the better apartment communities I’ve lived in. Grateful for good hearted people who helped me find the perfect home. Two thumbs up ya’ll!
Be careful with this property. They claim luxury but what you will get is shoddily built apartment homes, rowdy residents, shootings, and retaliation from other residents if you try to talk to them about issue. Two years of hell, where the apartment pool is always being closed because teenagers destroy it. Management puts out weak letters and won't take action. They will also take all your deposit. Good luck with this joke of an overpriced luxury apartment complex!
