Good service but 4 stars because it took a while to get in contact. No one was ever in the office and no one answered the phone for over a week. But once we did finally meet someone at the office, the service was excellent.
So far the experience and customer service has been TERRIBLE! I contracted with DR Horton to build my house back in December. Initially i was using them for financing but after they did not honor the promised discounts on closing or respond to my emails or phone calls I notified them that i would be using a private lender. Within a week they stopped construction on my house and did not start again for over six weeks!!!
