I am not at all satisfied with the service provided. The warranty department is not addressing the problems. Builder ran away from the responsibility after selling the house.
3 warranty tickets were raised several months ago. No response or action till date. Builder and office bearers have conveniently ignored my requests even after several follow-up reminders in person, texts, and emails. 1) Backyard tree has been dead since day 1 we moved in May 2023. 2) A Crack developed in ceiling above dining area. 3) Attic ladder doesn't close. Escalated these issues to Josh and Christine several times. No help from anyone. Very frustrating and unhappy with DRH 😞
