Definitely not a good place to live , maintenance never comes when requested yeah they have new management but it’s all about them getting compensated for people moving in . If they had an option not to have no stars I’d put that instead . The apartments are infested with rats all types of bugs and they shrug it off . Then charge a monthly fee for something that was there already ! Used to be much better, very disappointed now. Maintenance issues they say have been resolved haven't been and rent is way too high. Office staff is unhelpful as well. I'll not renew my lease and plan on moving as it is up soon
