Been living here for a while & it has gotten 100% better! Janae is a great manager and Ericka is amazing. the new maintenance manager is great he gets the job done
I recently visited this community after a long search for a new home, and was pleasantly surprised. Janae was super helpful and kind. The tour was great and seemed to check all my boxes. Location is great! I definitely plan to keep them on the top of my list for my upcoming move!
I have been facing ongoing issues due to my apartment not being move-in ready on the agreed move-in date. The previous property manager and maintenance manager (Mike) left the property in disrepair, and I can personally attest to the condition. However, moving forward, our new team, including Ms. Jackson, Todd, and other staff members, have been working diligently to resolve all significant issues in my apartment and the property. These floor plans are huge compared to other places I have toured that look like closets. The staff were super friendly and answered all my questions, and I had A LOT!!! I highly recommend this community. You will get the best value for your dollar.
Great location but rent keeps increasing without any improvements to my home. In fact, things seem to be getting worse. The "convenience fee" to pay with a card online is $50+ (who is that convenient for??). Maintenance is extremely slow and only seem to find temporary solutions. I've had 3 requests for my AC from May-now. The first took 3 weeks, the 2nd took about a week and a half, and I'm currently waiting for help on the 3rd (request was sent a week ago).
