The house I live in is generally good, but its location is excellent. It is close to grocery stores, right next to Dumbarton Elementary School, and has a spacious park for children. It is also near Hermitage High School. The interior of the house is nice as well, but it requires careful maintenance. The management that started working here this month consists of good people who genuinely want to provide excellent service to the residents. I wish them success. Nazari
These apartments are very nice at first glance and the staff is very friendly but the ac does not work upstairs and maintainence came too look at it and just offered to dust my vents saying that the units are just known not to work well also they really cut corners when building these units and it shows my entire upstairs runs on one fuse same for the downstairs so if you're trying to do anything that requires a good amount of electricity expect to pop a fuse the also do not do a good job of cleaning the apartments before a ... read more
