I have family that lives in this building and has for quite some time. The building management is always accommodating and look after anything we've requested. People will always complain, as I've read in previous reviews, however this building is great! The new renovations are beautiful and we love it. No complaints here and people need to be a little more understanding and compassionate. The building seems nice and updated and in a good location. But as others said in reviews the management is horrible. We wanted to apply to live here, we have great credit, rent history, and overall we’re very qualified and everything was looking really good, but due to the agent being friends with people who don’t like us, we were not accepted. Meanwhile there are drug users, people who do not pay rent on time, aggressive people and people who do not follow the apartment police’s who they don’t seem to have any problems wit... read more
Snotty witch who answered the superintendent phone essentially told me water leaking from upstairs was no big deal and "It's 10:30 at night". When I asked her what it is I pay rent for, she hung up.
I have lived here many years before Realstar bought this building. Realstar is the best thing that ever happen to this place. they have spent millions$ renovating to make things nice for all residents. the managers are top notch and really do care about residents, i dont think you'll find better managers anywhere. i'm retired and I dont want to leave this place.
