Staff does not know how to properly care for animals during their stay.
RecommendedI used to take my animals to Millsap Clinic and we were some of their very first customers when Dene first moved there. We have moved to another part of the state, but I can tell everyone that they have always been very courteous and caring with our animals, I have had several spays done and they took care of some of my pets throughout their life span and were always always very sympathetic when one if my babies had reached its end of life. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. Excellent staff and Vets.

When my horse injured his leg (at 5 pm on a Thursday) no other vets in the area could come out, some said not until Monday. The office staff were extremely helpful in getting a vet out ASAP even though they were booked solid. My gelding was in so much pain there is no way he could have waited days for care. The fact that they fit me in at the last possible moment and were extremely helpful and encouraging with treatment options made me feel at ease.
